Job summary

Guotai Junan International in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive professional to develop corporate client opportunities and manage relationships. You will design ESOP and equity incentive solutions tailored to client needs and provide consulting for pre-IPO and listed companies on employee share ownership plans.

You will assist in developing comprehensive equity incentive solutions, preparing proposals and reports, while promoting products and coordinating with regional teams to enhance market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, business administration, information technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years in investment banking, securities, wealth management, fintech, or related financial services.
• Experience in ESOP, employee share schemes, equity incentive plans or IPO-related services preferred.
• Familiarity with wealth management businesses and stock incentive platforms is advantageous.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills; team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop new corporate client opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Design, implement, and enhance ESOP and equity incentive solutions based on clients' needs.
• Provide consulting and tailor-made solutions for pre-IPO and listed companies on employee share plans and related corporate services.
• Assist the team in developing ESOP solutions and preparing project proposals and reports.
• Promote products and engage markets; liaise with regional management and internal units.
• Organize ESOP trainings, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities regularly.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery; coordinate with external service providers.
• Conduct market research and analyze ESOP markets and competitors’ strategies.
• Prepare research materials and reports on domestic and international market developments.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required by management.

• Business Development & Client Management


• Proactively identify and develop new corporate client opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.


• Design, implement, and continuously enhance ESOP and equity incentive solutions based on clients' business needs.


• Provide consulting services and tailor-made solutions for pre-IPO and listed companies on employee share ownership plans and related corporate services.


• Assist the team in developing comprehensive equity incentive solutions and preparing project proposals and reports.


• Product Promotion & Market Engagement


• Liaise closely with regional management teams and internal business units.


• Organize ESOP training sessions, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities regularly.


• Enhance the team\'s market visibility and strengthen the firm\'s brand influence in the corporate sector.


• Project Execution & Coordination


• Support the implementation and execution of ESOP projects and ensure project milestones are met.


• Coordinate with corporate clients, legal advisors, auditors, listing sponsors, and other external service providers.


• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services.


• Market Research & Industry Analysis


• Monitor industry trends and developments in ESOP and equity incentive markets.


• Conduct research on competitors\' market strategies and product offerings.


• Analyze domestic and international market developments and prepare research materials and reports.


• Other Duties


• Perform other ad hoc assignments and projects as required by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines.


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, securities, wealth management, financial technology, or related financial services sectors.


• Experience in ESOP, employee share schemes, equity incentive plans, corporate services, IPO-related services, or stock administration solutions is preferred.


• Familiarity with wealth management businesses, ESOP administration platforms, and stock incentive management systems will be an advantage.


• Strong business development and client relationship management skills with a proven track record.


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, responsible, and a strong team player.


• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.


• Fluent in both Putonghua and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
