DCL Communication Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an entry-level Customer Service Officer to manage quotations and renewal processes, enter data in the CRM system, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery. This on-site role is based in Kwun Tong and offers on-the-job training.

Responsabilidades

• Handle repeat quotations, renewal contracts, and SLAs as needed by the customer service team.
• Input data and follow up cases in the CRM system.
• Follow up contract renewal arrangements via phone.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and logistics to ensure seamless service or order execution.
