Job summary

Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited is seeking a detail-oriented sales support specialist in Hong Kong to assist account handlers with contract implementation, onboarding, and client setup. The role includes quotation preparation, system setup, and documentation management, along with coordinating meetings and renewal discussions.

Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English is essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or above.
1 year relevant experience in healthcare or medical insurance preferred.
Independent, customer-oriented & attention to details.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, especially Chinese & English.
Team player who is detail-minded and can work under pressure in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

Support account handlers in contract implementation, onboarding, and client setup.
Provide sales administration support, including quotation preparation, system setup, and documentation management.
Coordinate client meetings, service reviews, and renewal discussions.
Handle client enquiries, service requests, and servicing issues.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality client service.
Prepare utilization reports and client documentation.
Manage contract renewal tracking and status updates.
Coordinate wellness programmes, health talks, vaccination programmes, and related events.
Support sales activities and provide general sales support.
Assist account handlers in coordinating client projects and initiatives.
Handle special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and backup support for teammates.
