Responsibilities

To respond promptly to customer telephone enquiries in a professional manner
To provide after sales follow up
To complete tasks while following the designated procedures and workflows provided by concerning parties
To learn about trends and knowledge proactively and perform daily duties under pressure
To discharge duty and demonstrate professional responsibility whenever needed
To support the team and perform ad-hoc duties when required
