Job summary

van der Bloom, a Hong Kong florist and floral design studio, is seeking an organised, friendly Customer Service & Operations Executive to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The role supports our founder and marketing team at our studio in Little Tai Hang and shop at 61 Hollywood Road, Central.

You'll handle customer inquiries, corporate orders, and daily scheduling, with CRM data accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, admin or client coordination.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Organised and detail-minded.
• Able to juggle several things at once and stay friendly when it gets busy.
• Clear, warm writing, whether it's a quote for a hotel or a reply to a DM.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
• Look after corporate clients, from quotations to recurring deliveries and events, with the marketing team.
• Take orders and process in CRM with every detail right, including card messages and delivery times.
• Plan the daily delivery schedule and keep customers updated.
• Manage online orders and keep CRM/customer records accurate; follow up after orders/events.
• Process invoices; research and order supplies; keep track of stock.
• Prepare the staff roster; support the founder and marketing on projects and campaigns.
• Help organize during busy periods: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas.

Customer Service & Operations Executive - Florist

We're looking for an organised, friendly person to look after our customers and keep the day-to-day side of van der Bloom running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, care about getting the details right and would like to spend your working day surrounded by flowers, this could be the role for you.

van der Bloom is a Hong Kong florist and floral design studio that has been running for over 9 years. Our shop at 61 Hollywood Road in Soho looks after walk-in and online orders for every occasion. Our studio in Little Tai Hang is where the bigger work happens: corporate accounts, scheduled deliveries and events.

We're a small team of florists and designers, so your work gets noticed and your ideas get heard.

The role

You'll be the link between our customers, our florists and the back office. It's a varied job and no two days look the same. You'll work closely with our founder and have a real say in how we look after clients and run things as we grow.

Customers and orders

• Answer customer enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and social media

About you

What you need

Experience in customer service, admin or client coordination. We welcome different levels of experience

Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese

Organised and detail-minded. You're the kind of person who notices when a delivery address looks wrong

Able to juggle several things at once and stay friendly when it gets busy

Clear, warm writing, whether it's a quote for a hotel or a reply to a DM

Nice to have

Experience with a florist, events, hospitality or a lifestyle brand

Experience using Shopify or a CRM system

Happy to work weekends, with days off during the week
