Job summary

Solera HK Limited is a hands-on retailer in the premium wine and spirits segment seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support daily operations. You will handle e-commerce orders, assist with deliveries, and manage inventory and office tasks in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, careful, and capable of working independently in a small team, with strong English and Chinese communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, retail, wine & spirits, e-commerce, logistics, customer service, or operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and follow up carefully.
• Good communication and customer service attitude.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, AI and online systems.
• Able to work independently and solve simple daily operational issues.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily online and offline customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers, drivers, couriers, and internal team members.
• Follow up on customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Support inventory checking, stock movement records, and order fulfilment.
• Assist with invoice, payment, and basic administrative follow-up.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and management to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Help maintain smooth daily office operations.
• Support ad hoc operational tasks when required.

This is a hands-on role in a premium wine and spirits retail business. It is suitable for someone who is organized, careful, responsive, and able to work independently in a small but fast-moving company.
