Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Hong Kong Limited is seeking a skilled operations professional to oversee overseas client orders, manage order workflows, and coordinate logistics and supply chain operations. You will support the sales team in maintaining client relationships while handling financial administration and sample order tracking.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), and at least 5 years of experience in overseas order management, account servicing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas order management, account servicing and customer service.
• Thorough understanding of overseas order-to-shipping workflows and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and follow up on overseas client orders, including shipping arrangements, delivery schedules, and logistics coordination
• Assist the sales team in maintaining client relationships and managing overall order workflows
• Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials, track shipment timelines, and manage supply chain logistics for clients
• Manage and follow up on sample orders from initial request to delivery
• Handle client account reconciliation, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and related financial matters

About you
