Job summary

The Chinese Permanent Cemeteries is seeking a dedicated customer service and facilities support role in Hong Kong. You will handle enquiries and complaints at counter and via phone/email, and assist in promoting the Board’s facilities and services.

Requirements include a university degree (or 3 years’ experience for non-graduates). Strong teamwork, independence, and proficiency in MS Office and bilingual English/Chinese are important. Salary is up to HKD 35,780 monthly with benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• Non-university graduates with at least 3 years’ experience will be considered.
• Experience in property/estate management, customer services or venue operations is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, self-motivation and proactivity.
• Proficient in MS Office and English & Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service including handling enquiries and complaints.
• Assist in development, implementation and promotion of facilities and services.
• Support clients and members of the public in using the Board’s computer systems.
• Assist in review and enhancement of facilities and services.
• Provide administrative and operational support as assigned.
• Take up ad-hoc assignments.
