Responsibilities
- Provide efficient customer services at counters, via phone and email.
- Assist in development, implementation and promotion of Board facilities and services.
- Provide supports to clients on usage of the Board’s computer systems and applications.
- Assist in review and enhancement of facilities and services of the Board.
- Provide administrative and operational support as assigned.
- Take up ad-hoc assignments.
- Required to wear uniforms.
