Job summary

Qualifications

• University graduate with good interpersonal skills preferred.
• Experience in customer service or venue operations is an advantage.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and high-quality customer services via counter, phone, email, and correspondence.
• Assist in development and promotion of facilities and services.
• Support clients and the public in using the Board’s computer systems and applications.
• Assist in review and enhancement of facilities and services.
