Job summary

GRVT TECHNOLOGIES in Hong Kong is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to onboard KOLs, traders, and crypto communities for our exchange. You will lead partnerships, conduct outreach, and coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Support to ensure strong user engagement.

The role requires 2–5+ years in BD or partnerships within crypto or fintech, plus solid knowledge of crypto trading ecosystems and active presence on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in crypto/fintech/influencer marketing.
• Solid understanding of crypto trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL dynamics.
• Active presence or familiarity with Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with hunter mindset — comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Onboard KOLs & communities to promote and utilize our exchange.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with traders and crypto communities to drive platform usage.
• Conduct cold outreach and negotiate partnership discussions with potential collaborators.
• Support growth initiatives through referral, rebate, and promotional programs.
• Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitors, and rising KOLs to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support for onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of partnerships and user acquisition metrics.
