Job summary

Gate, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is expanding its Global Partnerships team. The role focuses on sourcing and qualifying opportunities across asset listings, TradFi and Web3 products, while handling early conversations and due diligence.

You'll work in a remote-first environment, coordinating with product, legal, risk and marketing to move deals forward and maintain active partner relationships from day one.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, fintech, financial services, digital assets or Web3.
• Native-level English communication; working Chinese is an advantage.
• Genuine interest in crypto and Web3 with the ability to talk credibly with project teams.
• Comfortable with outbound: initiate conversations with strangers and sustain dialogue.
• Organised and self-directed in a remote-first setup.
• Nice to have exposure to listings, DEX, wallets, tokens or blockchain infra, or existing crypto/Web3 network.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify partnership opportunities across asset listings, TradFi and Web3 products.
• Run first-touch outreach and early-stage conversations with prospective partners.
• Support live deals through due diligence, proposal prep and commercial negotiation.
• Manage day-to-day communication with existing partners and keep relationships warm.
• Prepare partner research, deal materials and internal updates.
• Coordinate with product, legal, compliance, risk, ops and marketing to move deals to execution.
• Track pipeline, deal status and partner activity to prevent stalls.
• Represent Gate at industry events and partner meetings.
