Job summary

Binance is seeking a motivated candidate to support the OTC desk, learn pricing and execution across OTC products, and engage with clients to understand liquidity needs. You will work with senior traders and the Sales team to identify opportunities and assist with post-trade analysis.

The role requires recent degree completion with a strong interest in crypto markets, plus analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Remote-first with global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, engineering, mathematics or related field.
• Interest in crypto markets and OTC trading lifecycle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the OTC desk in driving trade volume and client engagement.
• Learn pricing and execution across OTC products using internal systems.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify new OTC clients and opportunities.
• Assist with trade investigations, risk management, and post-trade analysis.
• Work with operations and developers to improve pricing and execution tooling.
