Job summary

Qualifications

Prior experience in institutional sales or client-facing roles at Crypto OTC desks.
Experience across industries such as e-commerce, payment systems, gaming is a plus.
Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to find effective solutions to finalize deals with clear action follow‑ups.
Bilingual English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Cover a wide variety of clients such as hedge funds, family offices, and HNWIs on OTC trades.
Manage live chats to respond to clients' trade requests, feedback, settlement issues and other questions daily.
Acquire new clients and develop strategic growth by engaging with projects, communities and key ecosystem players.
Provide feedback on trading activity, market color, and product experience across departments with innovative solutions.
Collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency, including CRM and campaign effectiveness.
