StraitsX Group is seeking an OTC Sales Trader who will support pricing, execution, and settlement of OTC digital asset trades for institutional and high-net-worth clients. Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in finance or related fields.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets and digital assets.
• Basic understanding of financial markets or trading concepts; OTC knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time OTC pricing, negotiation, and execution.
• Assist in trade preparation and client communication.
• Monitor price movements, volatility, and liquidity across venues.
• Source liquidity from internal systems, exchanges, and external partners.
• Support order management within trading limits, risk controls, and compliance.
• Assist with settlement and post-trade processes, including wallet confirmations.
• Maintain accurate trade records and support reporting needs.
• Participate in client onboarding discussions to learn trading mechanics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve OTC processes.
