Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong leads CRM-driven campaigns across Hong Kong & Macau. The role supports the Assistant Client Development Manager by managing CRM calendars, segment targeting, and localization of campaign assets, with a focus on clienteling and BI-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have CRM experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin to liaise with HQ and regional teams. A dynamic luxury retail environment awaits.

• Hands-on experience with CRM and BI tools; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign planning for HK & Macau by consolidating HQ and regional requirements into a CRM calendar.
• Prepare targeting lists and segments, build, test, schedule and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Localize campaign assets for HK & Macau, including translations, templates and calls to action.
• Assist with training preparation, onboarding, and support materials for clienteling and digital apps.
• Maintain client-data quality through cleansing, de-duplication and account merging.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports, highlighting trends and corrective actions.
• Share local learnings and best practices with the local team.
