Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong & Macau is seeking a CRM and BI oriented professional to drive local client development. You will consolidate HQ and regional campaigns, build targeted lists, and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud following HQ guidelines and local rules.

You will localize assets for HK/Macau, support rollout of clienteling tools, maintain data quality, and monitor KPIs with weekly and monthly reports. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• CRM experience in client development or marketing.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI advantageous.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Manager in consolidating HQ and regional campaign requirements into an executable CRM calendar.
• Prepare targeting lists, build, test, schedule and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in line with guidelines and local rules.
• Localize campaign assets for Hong Kong and Macau, including translations and templates.
• Support rollout of clienteling and digital applications, assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain client-data quality through cleansing, de-duplication and regular data checks.
• Monitor campaign delivery and KPIs; prepare weekly and monthly reports and share market learnings.
• Monitor competitor campaigns and share practical local learnings with the local team.
