Job summary

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Client Account Assistant to support corporate account opening and maintenance. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, accuracy in document review and data entry, and the ability to collaborate with Sales and Back Office teams on account-related tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or above with 1–3 years in corporate account opening within brokerage or banking, and strong English/Chinese language skills including Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above required.
• 1–3 years of corporate account opening experience preferred in brokerage or banking.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in document review and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; Chinese word processing; good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Experience with AI is a plus; candidates with less experience may be considered for Client Account Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
• Ensure all KYC and AML procedures are conducted per SOPs and CDD policies.
• Perform system data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Meet service levels and turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Sales and Back Office teams to facilitate account-related matters.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.
