Job summary

UOB Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to support Commercial Banking operations. You will assist in performance reporting for marketing teams, provide administrative support, and coordinate with internal and group counterparts to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role also covers customer service, onboarding processes including KYC review, and preparing account-opening documents and related legal documents. Strong communication in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin. or relevant concentrations.
5+ years banking experience. Customer service/Middle Office/business support is preferable.
Good understanding of banking operations and policies.
Able to communicate with internal counterparties in relation to CMB daily operations.

Responsibilities

Assist to produce performance management report of the marketing teams.
Provide administrative support to Commercial Banking department.
Coordinate the business operations of CMB with other counterparties within Hong Kong Branch and the Group.
Provide customer service to customers.
Assist customers' onboarding procedures, including KYC review, account opening documents, offer letters and related legal documents preparation, etc.
Assist to obtain the required market data for business planning.
