Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a contract IT Support Administrator to provide day-to-day administration and technical support for government office automation systems in Hong Kong. The role covers Lotus Notes, CMMP, Windows Server, and Active Directory, with on-site VIP support across HKP locations and occasional relocation of IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration and technical support for OA related systems.

• Troubleshoot OA services and assist in PC hardware/ OS imaging and data handling.
• Provide VIP on-site and on-call client support; update incident statistics.
• Assist in relocation of IT equipment and inventory updates.

Project Nature (T26) To provide day-to-day administrative and technical support to the Government Office Automation (GOA) related systems and facilities in Hongkong Post

Duties

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the Hongkong Post;
• To provide daily administration and technical support of Lotus Notes Mail System, Confidential Mail System, Domino Mail System, Mobile Workspace System with iPhone and Android, Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP), Microsoft Windows Desktop, Microsoft Active Directory, Local Workstation Directory, File Server Service, Backup Service, Video Conferencing Service, Single Sign-On Service and Departmental Portal Service
• To provide troubleshooting on various OA services
• To support PC workstations in Hongkong Post, which includes performing on-site PC hardware installation/upgrade, OS image preparation and cloning, software or application programs installation, data migration and data erasure activities
• To assist in relocation of PC and other IT equipment for redeployment, and update IT inventory after hardware upgrade, replacement or redeployment;
• To provide face-to-face and on-call client support for VIPs in Hongkong Post. Mobile support is required when necessary
• To prepare documents on support statistics and incident logging.

Requirements

The support staff is required to:

• a) Experience in System Administration and Technical Support; and User Client, esp. for VIP, support in technical aspect with Windows 10/11, Lotus Notes, Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP), Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025, Microsoft Active Directory, Trend Micro EndPoint Security, Acronis True Image, and backend server system support and troubleshooting is an advantage
• b) Good command of written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English;
• c) Need to work in various location of HKP
• d) Overtime and on-call work are required when necessary; and
• e) Criminal record check is required.

Technical Skills

• . At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
• . At least 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS);
• . At least 2 years' experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON);
• . At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
• . At least 1 year's experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS).

Non-technical Skills

• . At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
• . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
• - At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
• - At least 5 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
