Michael Page International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Business Development Manager for Air Freight and Contract Logistics to drive new business and revenue growth. You will develop strategic sales plans, identify opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

You will leverage an existing network across industries such as eCommerce, Electronics, Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, and Manufacturing, collaborate with Operations and Solutions teams, and maintain

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Solid track record of acquiring new customers and delivering sales growth.
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within Air Freight, Contract Logistics, and integrated supply chain solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, solution design, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across target industries.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Solutions teams to develop customised logistics solutions.
• Drive customer retention and account growth through cross-selling and up selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and pipeline reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking, and customer meetings.
