Y.X Community, part of Crystal Group in Hong Kong, seeks a Senior Content Creator to turn Gen Z insights into engaging content across graphics, video, and copy. You will lead social content, craft captions, produce reels, and support digital ad campaigns.

Reporting to Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with university students, creators, and youth organizations to deliver trend-driven content while ensuring consistent branding and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of content creation experience with a portfolio.
• Understanding Gen Z culture and social media trends.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro.
• Solid experience with Meta Ads is a definite plus.
• Proactive, creative, organised, and able to collaborate.

Responsabilités

• Prepare publication-ready assets in correct dimensions and formats for all channels.
• Translate concepts into proposals and pitch decks for the team.
• Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.

• Support Meta ads and other campaigns as required.
• Stay updated on Gen Z trends and translate insights into timely content.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive content creator who understands Gen Z and can turn fresh ideas into engaging content through graphics, videos, and copywriting.

Reporting directly to Marketing Manager, you’ll be primarily responsible for our social content—from coming up with ideas and writing captions to creating visuals, producing reels, publishing posts and placing digital ads. If you’re a strong storyteller with a creative eye who can take an idea from concept to final output independently, we’d love to see your work.

Key Responsibilities

• 1) Content Planning & Creation
• Manage social media content and the publishing schedule, from ideation to execution, aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
• Create engaging posts, stories, and reels with compelling copies and consistent branding.
• Prepare publication-ready assets in the correct dimensions, formats, and quality for all publicity channels, including websites, social media platforms, eDM, OOH, and event on-site exposure.
• Translate raw campaign concepts into clear, visually engaging proposals and pitch decks to support team presentations.
• 3) Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track content performance and audience engagement, using the findings to improve future content.
• Support Meta ad, performance reporting, and other in-house or client projects as required.
• Stay on top of Gen Z interests, online conversations, and emerging trends, turning relevant insights into timely, authentic content.
• Collaborate with university students, creators, influencers (KOLs/KOCs), and youth organisations to co-create trendy content.
• 5) Others
• Provide additional support and carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Expected Qualifications

• 1-2 years of content creation experience, with a portfolio showcasing creative ideas, strong writing, and visual storytelling. More experienced with high potential will be considered as Senior Content Creator.
• A good understanding of Gen Z culture and social media trends, with sound judgement on what fits a brand.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro.
• Solid experience in Meta Ads is a definite plus.
• Proactive, creative, organised, and responsible, with the confidence to take ownership and collaborate with others.
