Job summary

Nan Fung Group is seeking a high-calibre concierge professional to manage enquiries, complaints and emergencies for residents and visitors at a peak-time property. The role involves supervising the concierge counter, delivering premium service, and supporting ad hoc tasks as needed.

Candidates should be fluent in Chinese and English, with at least two years in customer service, MS Office skills, and a proactive, independent attitude.

Qualifications

• Form 7 graduate or above with at least two years' customer service experience; administrative experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Must be service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office.
• Creative, outgoing, self-motivated, diligent and able to work independently.
• Willing to perform shift duty including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit is a must.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries, complaints and emergencies of residents and visitors.
• Supervise daily operations of the concierge counter.
• Deliver premium services to residents and visitors.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as required.
