MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 in Hong Kong is seeking a full-time Concierge Officer to deliver upmarket hotel-like services to tenants and visitors at a Grade A office building. You will visit tenants regularly to solicit views for continuous enhancements in customer service and manage a one-stop concierge experience with uniformed duties.

Candidates should have English and Chinese proficiency, hands-on software skills, and a pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service

Qualificações

• Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent including English and Chinese Languages.
• Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in hospitality / property / aviation industry.
• Good command of both English and Chinese; additional languages helpful.
• Hands-on experience in various software applications.

• Visit tenants regularly to solicit views for continuous enhancements in customer services

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent, including English and Chinese Languages
• A minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably gained in hospitality / property / aviation industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in other languages
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and customer services skills
• Hands-on experience in various software applications

Remarks

• Required to wear uniform and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
• Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
