MTR Corporation is hiring a Guest Services Officer in Hong Kong to deliver premium concierge services to tenants and visitors at a Grade A office building. You will provide one-stop service, greet guests, and assist with inquiries in English and Chinese.

The role requires at least 2 years in hospitality or related fields, a pleasant personality, and strong customer service skills. Uniforms are worn and shift patterns may be irregular.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, property or aviation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver upmarket hotel‑like services to tenants and visitors at the concierge.
• Visit tenants regularly to solicit views for service improvements.
• Wear uniform and perform shift duties on irregular hours.
