Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll or HR operations.
• Experience handling payroll for mixed workforce groups in HK.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations, MPF, and taxation.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for a diverse workforce.
• Oversee salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, taxation, MPF, and remuneration components.
• Provide compensation policy guidance to HR partners and line managers.
• Support annual compensation reviews, benchmarking, and budgeting.
• Provide workforce cost analysis, headcount reporting, and insights.
• Deliver HR metrics, analytics, and executive dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and employee databases.
• Serve as SME for payroll and C&B enquiries and issues.
• Review and implement C&B policies for competitiveness and compliance.
• Collaborate across HR, Finance, and operations on workforce initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and drive reporting enhancements.
