Michael Page (Hong Kong) seeks a senior Payroll & Compensation professional to lead end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce. You will act as a trusted C&B partner to HR and finance, delivering accurate remuneration, benefits, and compliance across the organisation.

You will support compensation cycles, develop headcount and cost analyses, and drive data-driven insights through HRIS and reporting tools in a fast-paced listed enterprise environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, or HR operations.
• Experience handling payroll for a large mixed workforce and an understanding of HK regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll for permanent, temporary, part-time, and contract staff ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, taxation, MPF, and other remuneration components.
• Serve as Compensation & Benefits partner to HR, finance and operations, providing policy guidance.
• Support annual compensation review cycles including benchmarking, budgeting and increments.
• Provide workforce cost analysis, headcount reporting and budgeting support to stakeholders.
• Deliver HR analytics and executive dashboards; maintain data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems.
• Drive process improvements, audits and system enhancements to streamline payroll operations.
• Collaborate with vendors on payroll, taxation, and benefits services; monitor market trends.
