Job summary

Weave Living HK Limited seeks energetic team players for the Community Team across properties in Hong Kong. You will deliver exceptional customer service, curate on-property events, and foster a vibrant resident community.

Responsibilities include handling resident inquiries, coordinating events with the Operations team, and resolving issues with professionalism. English communication is essential; Mandarin/Cantonese are a plus; 2+ years in hospitality or a customer-facing role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills; approachable, empathetic and a good listener.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in a senior or supervisory role.
• Hospitality background (boutique hotel, serviced accommodation or co-working) is a plus.
• Experience coordinating events is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to challenges and manage conflicts in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:
We're looking for energetic team players to join our Community Team for properties in Hong Kong to ensure we are consistently delivering on our brand promise to our customers and curating and cultivating a strong sense of community. Selected candidates will be trained to deliver exceptional customer service, curating on-property events. They will report to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents and represent the Weave brand in all aspects

Handle daily resident movements & inquires

Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community

Recognizing and anticipating / reacting to the changing needs, expectations, and emotions of our customers, working with all in-house teams to ensure that the brand and its products and services are all coordinated to deliver the greatest possible customer experience

Coordinating and executing community initiatives and events designed to develop resident relationships and help build both brand and property awareness in partnership with Operations team

Be the go-to person for residents and co-ordinate with on-property operations team to resolving resident issues with professionalism and patience

Reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience

Conducting property viewings to support our leasing strategy when needed

Requirements:

Strong people skills - approachable, a good listener, and empathetic

A minimum of 2 years of professional working experience with extensive time in customer-facing setting

Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role

Background in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation or co-working environments will be a plus

Experience in coordinating events will be a plus

Experience in adapting to challenges, dealing with emergency or crisis situations and managing conflict and complaints in a constantly changing environment

Flexibility in schedule - work hours will be shift-based between a morning shift and an evening shift

Presentable and with a pleasant personality

Hong Kong Permanent Residency or Hong Kong Citizenship

Strong communication skills in written and spoken English. Mandarin and Cantonese would be an advantage

Holder of Certificate/Diploma or above in hospitality or related disciplines
