Job summary

HR Plus, on behalf of our Asia Pacific client, is seeking energetic hospitality professionals in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents and coordinating with on-site operations across key locations.

You will organize community initiatives to develop resident relationships and help build brand and property awareness in partnership with the Operations team. Fresh graduates are welcome; shift duty required, with no overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Certificate holder or above in hospitality or related disciplines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Our client is an Asia Pacific’s leading lifestyle-focused rental accommodation brand with number of living options in prime central city locations in Hong Kong. With the rapid expansion, they are looking for energetic team players to join their team in Hong Kong.

• Be the go-to person for residents and co-ordinate with on-property operations team to resolving resident issues with professionalism and patience
• Reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience

Job Requirements:

• Certificate holder or above in hospitality or related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in customer-facing setting
• A great team player who is approachable, a good listener and empathetic
• Shift duty is required (No Overnight Shift)
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
