Job summary

Dash Living Johnston in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, is opening in December 2026 and seeks active individuals to launch daily operations and guest experiences.

You will manage guest services, address inquiries, and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a seamless stay for residents and guests. A 5-day work week, competitive salary, and medical insurance accompany this startup phase.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working experience in guest service/ concierge/ hospitality sectors.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Adapt to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support daily activities at the designated property or cluster.
• Engage with tenants to ensure high guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, escalations, and emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate reservations, maintenance, and housekeeping with team members.
• Support on weekends and flexible shifts as required.

We're looking for passionate individuals to join our pioneer team and play a key role in establishing the property's daily operations, service standards, and guest experience from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Responsible for the operation and customer support of the designated property or cluster
• Responsible for the tenants engagement of the designated property or cluster
• Responsible for customer satisfactions and handling escalated and emergency cases.
• Focal point for guest inquiries, traffics & reservations
• Coordinate guest service-related issues such as maintenance, reservations and housekeeping with other community team members
• Shift duty may be required (Saturday & Sunday included)
• Other ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A minimum of 1 year working experience in guest service/ concierge/ hospitality sectors
• Higher diploma/ Professional Certificate or above in Hospitality and Tourism Studies
• Adapt to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about customer service and engagement.
• Experience in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation, co-working, membership club, start-up environments will be a plus
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and a sense of humour is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
