Job summary

Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned Community Engagement Manager to lead brand-building and resident programs across our premium developments in Hong Kong. You will plan and run campaigns, organize events, develop brand partnerships, and manage social media engagement.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in marketing or public relations, strong CRM experience, and excellent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or relevant disciplines.
• At least 8 years of experience in marketing, public or media relations, with strong community engagement and event/partnership experience.
• Experience with premium/luxury loyalty programmes, VIP CRM, or affluent customer communities is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, customer segmentation, and reporting/analytics.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible.
