Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a seasoned learning consultant to join the Membership and Business Development Department in Hong Kong. You will design, develop and deliver tailored training solutions while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Reporting to the Head of MBD, you will identify client training needs, coordinate trainers, prepare proposals and engage CPT/CPD planning, with a focus on regulatory guidelines and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Management, Professional Education or related disciplines.
• 5-8 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge in financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify clients’ training needs.
• Design training solutions and measure training effectiveness.
• Identify trainers and collaborate on design, development and deployment.
• Prepare proposals, fee quotations, engagement letters.
• Be the clients’ contact for CPT / CPD planning and inquiries.
• Update clients on public courses and maintain strong relationships.
• Handle other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
