Job summary

Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI Institute) invites applications for a Client Training Manager, Membership and Business Development in Hong Kong. The candidate will manage CPT/CPD planning, liaise with clients and coordinate trainers, with a focus on delivering measurable training outcomes in a fast-paced financial services

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a drive for excellence.
A team player with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Well-organised and able to supervise administrative staff.
Familiar with local regulatory guidelines (e.g., SFC CPT, HKMA ECF).
Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand and identify clients’ training needs.
Design training solutions and measure training effectiveness.
Identify trainers and collaborate on design, development and deployment.
Prepare proposals, fee quotations and engagement letters.
Be the client contact for CPT/CPD planning and inquiries.
Update clients on public courses and maintain relationships.
Handle ad hoc tasks from supervisors.
