Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to support a major product launch for a leading financial institution in Hong Kong. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering friendly, professional service during the launch period.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling inquiries, providing accurate product information, and assisting with basic office tasks. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook) is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or above.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in customer service or office administration.
• PC Proficiency: Good command of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Office.
• Presentation: Presentable and good articulation - you will be greeting clients.
• Availability: Immediately available candidates would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about the new product.
• Support office administration tasks as required.
