Tx Tech is seeking an Operations Support Officer in Hong Kong to provide daily phone support for banks and brokerage firms, and to handle routine operational tasks and system monitoring. The role includes maintenance, client operation support, and proactive follow-up on production issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and demonstrate strong English, Mandarin, and Cantonese communication.

Formación

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial operation/system support is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with professional telephone manner and responsiveness to client enquiries.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Fresh graduate is also considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily phone support and handle enquiries from banks and brokerage firms.
• Perform daily operational tasks and system monitoring to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle ongoing system maintenance and provide client operation support.
• Follow up on production issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of remedial and corrective actions.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Shift work may be required depending on operational needs.
