PURSUIT CONSULTANCY LIMITED is seeking a diligent Support Relationship Manager to service an existing customer portfolio in Hong Kong. The role focuses on handling inquiries, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth account servicing while coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of banking support experience, strong communication skills, and Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency with English as an advantage. No sales targets are involved.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of relevant experience in supporting Relationship Managers within the banking industry is preferred.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customers' banking requests are handled efficiently.
• No individual sales target and no requirement to bring in new clients.
• Customer-focused, detail-minded and willing to learn.
• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency is an advantage.
• IIQE and HKSI qualifications are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support Relationship Managers in servicing and maintaining an assigned portfolio of existing customers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide daily account servicing support
• Assist with documentation, application processing and transaction follow-up
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customers' banking requests are handled efficiently
• Provide quality after-sales service and maintain positive customer relationships
• Perform administrative and operational support for Relationship Managers
