Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, call centre operations, or banking environments.
• Strong English and Cantonese communication; Mandarin helpful, with clear, professional interactions.
• Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy in handling financial transactions and verification tasks.
• Knowledge of banking products and services; formal banking qualifications preferred.
• Proficiency with banking systems, computer applications, and relevant software platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of customer service and operational accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business development, where applicable.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple operational functions.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly whilst maintaining service quality standards
• Provide telemarketing support by proactively promoting banking products and services to existing and potential customers
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently as a teller, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking services
• Verify transaction details and documentation as a checker, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures
• Support business management functions by assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting requirements
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Achieve and exceed performance targets relating to customer service quality, sales, and operational efficiency
• Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in training and development opportunities
• Comply with all banking regulations, data protection requirements, and company policies at all times
