HR Plus is seeking a detail-oriented business analyst to support financial analysis and cross-team initiatives in Hong Kong. You will scope requirements, perform analytical assessments, and assist with governance and documentation across projects.

You will interact with stakeholders, prepare option analyses to resolve issues and risks, and contribute to process re-engineering in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.

Formación

• Strong numerical and analytical skills required.
• Proficiency in Excel; MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in cross-team projects and initiatives related to launching new products and process improvements.
• Responsible for all aspects of business analysis including scoping, requirements, testing (as needed) and project support.
• Interact with key stakeholders and influence where necessary.
• Ensure all project documentation and sign-offs are maintained.
• Develop option analyses to resolve issues, risks, dependencies and change requests.
• Assist in developing adequate project governance.
