Formación

• 4+ years in Employee Benefits preferred.
• FLMI or IIQE Papers I–IV preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and provide high-quality broking services to existing clients.
• Achieve business growth by penetrating current portfolio and by prospecting new clients.
• Liaise with insurers and service providers to ensure smooth renewal and address related issues.
• Perform claims data analytics and interpret results for renewal preparation.
• Maintain quality and timeliness of client deliverables and develop reports clearly.
