Job summary

Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited 卓健醫 (QHMS) in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated support coordinator to assist account handlers with contract implementation, onboarding, and client setup. This role includes providing sales administration support, coordinating client meetings, and handling inquiries to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or above, at least 1 year in healthcare or medical insurance, and exceptional written and verbal communications

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in healthcare or medical insurance preferred.
• Independent, customer-oriented & attention to details.
• Excellent command of written and verbal communications skills, especially Chinese & English.

Responsibilities

• Support account handlers in contract implementation, onboarding, and client setup.
• Provide sales administration support, including quotation preparation, system setup, and documentation management.
• Coordinate client meetings, service reviews, and renewal discussions.
• Handle client enquiries, service requests, and servicing issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality client service.
• Prepare utilization reports and client documentation.
• Manage contract renewal tracking and status updates.
• Coordinate wellness programmes, health talks, vaccination programmes, and related events.
• Support sales activities and provide general sales support.
• Assist account handlers in coordinating client projects and initiatives.
• Handle special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and provide backup support for teammates as required.
