Job summary

TUV Rheinland Hong Kong Ltd. seeks a Technical Service Executive to support kitchenware/cookware testing programs.

You will handle technical enquiries from clients on hardgood products, meet clients for technical support, and assist in developing testing protocols and new test requirements. The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Science, 3–5 years in TIC industry, and strong knowledge of hardgood testing including physical safety and quality tests on cookware.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Science.
• 3–5 years in TIC industry; senior level with more experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of hardgood testing, including physical safety and quality tests on cookware/kitchenware preferred.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Customer oriented with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Job Requirements

With 3-5 year working experience in TIC industry, candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Technical Executive

Good technical knowledge on Hardgood testing, with physical safety and quality tests on household cookware / kitchenware is highly preferred

Able to fulfill deadlines for projects and work under pressure

Customer oriented, strong communication skills

Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
