Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels Asia Pacific is seeking a Regional Retail Operations professional to drive strategic projects, provide coaching, and deliver robust performance reporting across the region. The role focuses on implementing global initiatives while adapting to local market needs, ensuring data integrity and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across APAC, contribute to training programs, and support the rollout of new tools and processes to enhance efficiency

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic deployment of retail operations projects across Asia Pacific and coordinate global roll-outs.

• Provide expert system support and coaching to APAC Retail Operations and other departments.
• Prepare and continuously improve monthly performance reports and KPI monitoring.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Regional Retail Operations Manager. You will be driving strategic projects, ensuring effective implementation, and providing essential training and support across the Asia Pacific region.

In this function you will:

• Project Management & Implementation
  • Contribute to the strategic deployment and regional implementation of retail operations projects, ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines, and coordinating global projects for seamless and successful roll-outs.
  • Actively participate in the design and testing phases of new projects, advocating for and integrating local market needs and specificities.
  • Identify, collect, and disseminate best practices across Asia Pacific markets and boutiques to inform project development and foster continuous improvement.
  • Drive the successful adoption and implementation of new tools, systems, and processes through comprehensive coaching, support, and change management for local teams.
• Operational Support & Excellence
  • Actively participate in the design and testing phases of new projects, advocating for and integrating local market needs and specificities.
  • Provide expert system support and coaching to the Asia Pacific Retail Operations community and other departments on system-related issues, including performing ad-hoc duties.
• Performance Reporting & Data Management
  • Prepare and continuously improve monthly performance reports, ensuring accurate sourcing and monitoring of Retail KPIs for regional analysis and enhanced efficiency and relevancy.
  • Analysis and Presentations Support regular and ad-hoc performance analysis and presentation decks, provide relevant Retail Performance insights to other departments, and act as a strong collaborator contributing to the evolution of Retail Operations & Performance.
