Job summary

Harbour Plaza North Point Resources Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie for our Western Kitchen in a hotel setting. The successful candidate will uphold high standards of food quality within their section and work under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hotel/club kitchen.
• Experience in kitchen management.
• Mature, independent and self-motivated.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Demi Chef/Demi Chef.

• Maintain the quality of food in his/her section as assigned by the Executive Chef - Western Kitchen, participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in cooking, preparing food and cleaning of the outlet kitchen
