Job summary

Harbour Grand (H.K.) Resources Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a senior chef to lead the kitchen team and drive daily operations. You will guide section heads, design menus, manage food costs and staffing, and uphold premium service standards in a luxury hotel dining environment.

The role requires extensive senior chef experience, a passion for high-end cuisine, and a track record of improving profitability while meeting guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of senior chef experience with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Passionate about the food industry with knowledge of current market trends.
• Luxury hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with section heads on daily kitchen operations.
• Be responsible for daily operations including menu design, food cost and manning.
• Drive high standards of food preparation to increase profitability of the restaurant.
• Provide creative ideas and drive changes to meet guest expectations and satisfaction.
