Industrious is seeking a Centre Manager in Hong Kong to own and optimize the office experience, ensuring high occupancy and exceptional member satisfaction. You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with Marketing and senior leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, the ability to inspire teams, and strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven leadership and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills under uncertainty or ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Open the office with high occupancy and maintain full occupancy thereafter.
- Manage office performance: occupancy, revenue, profit, budget, and member satisfaction growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing to convert leads to business for the office.
- Oversee all office operations: member relations, finance, sales, marketing and events.
- Lead and coach the local team; develop robust policies and procedures.
