Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Senior management experience in a related industry or field.
• Proven ability to drive growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic direction with the Board.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs and optimize performance.
• Drive business development and partnerships across HK and Mainland China.
• Manage budget, financial performance, and cost controls.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
