Job summary

Eaton Club in Hong Kong is seeking a front-line hospitality and administration professional to support members and events.

You'll deliver 5-star service, manage memberships, coordinate with internal and external teams, and keep our coworking spaces and venues in top condition. Prior experience in hospitality or business centres is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ frontline customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Provide all-round administrative and operations support to club members.
• Provide 5-star hospitality services to clients.
• Upkeep and maintain workspaces at a high standard, including facilities and environment management.
• Build good relationships with members and manage membership database.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to support events logistics and ensure events run smoothly.
• Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required.
