Job summary

Write Edge in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Centre Manager / Operations Manager to support and grow its HK operations. The role blends centre operations, enrolment, parent engagement, marketing coordination, and budgets, with a hands-on, ownership-driven style.

You will partner with HR and local teams to ensure efficient daily operations, test enrolment messaging, and improve parent experience while contributing to business development and events.

Qualifications

• Experience as Centre Manager or similar in enrichment/education.
• Strong written and spoken Cantonese and English.
• Highly organized with strong administration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in parent engagement, enrolment or marketing coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily centre operations and smooth running.
• Implement procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor attendance, enrolment interest, and parent feedback.
• Conduct enrolment consultations and support admissions.
