Job summary

WeWork in Hong Kong is seeking a customer-focused professional to support product and hospitality operations across flagship spaces. You will lead building tours for prospective members, understand member needs, and propose service solutions to enhance the member experience.

You will manage relationships with key members, assist with contract renewals, handle feedback, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth building operations. English, Cantonese, and Mandarin skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with workable Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead building tours for prospective members as needed.
• Understand member needs and provide recommended service solutions.
• Participate in training and promotions for new business.
• Establish professional membership relationships with key members.
• Follow up on member feedback to improve the guest experience.
• Assist members in contract renewal and provide space solutions.
• Handle member complaints and ensure rapid resolution.
• Conduct walkthroughs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain good relations with landlord and property management.
