Job summary

Compass Group Hong Kong Ltd. is seeking a capable supervisor to manage daily canteen operations in our Hong Kong sites. You will lead staff, ensure top-quality food, beverages and service, and align with company standards. You will coordinate with clients for events and ensure rosters meet demand.

You will deploy manpower, prepare timely management reports, and maintain high hygiene and cleanliness across canteens. Ad-hoc duties may be assigned to support operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduate with basic academic credentials.
• At least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Fluent in English and basic Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of staff canteens.
• Supervise staff and ensure quality food, beverage, and service.
• Coordinate with client to arrange food and canteen setup for events.
• Deploy manpower and compile staff rosters.
• Prepare reports for management review in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in canteens.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
